I have decades of experience helping couples and individuals better cope with difficult people and situations. I'm here if you want to heal from anxiety or depression, lead a more balanced life, strengthen the bond with your life partner, recover from a break up or divorce, or just sort things out. I can help you heal relationships with yourself and others, learn how to overcome hurt, identify and change self-defeating thoughts and behavior patterns, better regulate your emotions, improve communication and listening skills, and more. I also specialize in working with people who are dealing with or who have dealt with a Narcissist!
I help individuals with multiple concerns. I also focus on keeping couples and families together! But, when all else fails, I help them find a way to separate as amicably as possible, so they can be good co-parents. In divorce, children need to hear that the parents are divorcing each other but that neither parent will ever divorce any one of them.
I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space for you. I provide an eclectic, solution focused, and evidenced based, approach, to help you achieve your goals.
