I’m Clarissa, and I’m here to support you through challenges like anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, imposter syndrome, grief, trauma, identity issues, life transitions, and co-occurring disorders. My practice is grounded in liberation psychology and Black feminist theory, which means I’m dedicated to seeing and hearing the whole you. I’m excited to work with you and help you on your journey. My therapy approach combines liberation psychology and Black feminist theory, focusing on your whole self. I offer a safe, empathetic space where you can be fully seen and heard.
