I congratulate you on taking steps to heal your relationships and yourself. In counseling you are not alone and I believe that people have a great capacity to change and grow to achieve full and gratifying relationships and lives when given the right support.
My approach to counseling is to provide you with a warm, caring, and accepting environment in which to explore solutions to your concerns.
I have over twenty five years of experience working with individuals and groups from the very young to the elderly. I work with individuals and couples dealing with conflicts in their lives. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process.
I have a sincere passion for working with people. Having a child myself with Down syndrome and ADHD, and my background in occupational therapy I have an interest in helping families dealing with the unique challenges of raising children with special needs.
