I specialize in DBT/CBT (Mindfulness), Logotherapy, SFT (Solution/Strengths focused therapy), Trauma/ Social Justice Informed Therapy, Somatic Therapy (Movement, Yoga, Breathwork), Expressive Arts/ Music and Holistic Wellness.
