You want to make sense of your story, but it’s hard when anxiety, people-pleasing, stress, or expectations get in the way. It can feel disappointing, but you are not alone. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, social anxiety, faith questions, OCD concerns, or family conflict. I am a Latina therapist who values bringing your full story into the room. I understand how identity, family, culture, and belonging can shape our stories.

I will listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you explore the patterns that keep you from feeling like yourself. I help clients move beyond the surface and into the heart of what is really going on. All while continuing to center emotional safety every step of the way.
