I am a mental health counselor and received my MA in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University and then went on to obtain my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Northern Colorado.

In addition to being a counselor, I am a meditation instructor, professor in a counseling department, and researcher, and these parts of my life have undeniably enriched my counseling practice.
