Hello! I have a Phd in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University and have been in practice for 13 years. I've been passionate about psychology since I was a teenager, and feel infinitely grateful every day that I get to do this work. In my free time I can be found reading psychology and philosophy, walking all over this beautiful city, or staring out the window in the company of my own thoughts. I am deeply committed to helping young people combat distraction culture and phone addiction, and ultimately, develop a life of the mind. My rate ranges from $120-230/session. I don't ever want to turn anyone away due to finances.
Therapy for Adolescents: I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and other concerns in pre-teens and teenagers. My focus is on developing self-confidence, good relationships, and healthy behaviors within our culture of distraction. No matter what the immediate concern, my goal is to help young people grow into healthy, happy adults.
Therapy for College Students and Young Adults: I also specialize in therapeutic work with young adults, working through the particular issues that arise at this stage, including career aspirations, developing healthy relationships, and managing chronic anxiety. Ultimately, therapy with young adults is about being fulfilled with where you are headed in life.
