Hello! I have a PhD from Columbia University and over 13 years of clinical experience. I specialize in therapy for pre-teens, adolescents and college students. My clinical focus includes the treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD, and integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I strive to create a therapy environment that is warm, collaborative, supportive, and challenging. I am deeply committed to providing LGBTQIA+ folks with a safe space where they will feel respected and affirmed!
Alongside evidence-based methods, my work is influenced by humanistic and existential psychology and thinkers like Viktor Frankl, Carl Rogers, and Simone de Beauvoir. I want to help people live their most authentic, meaningful lives, with personal freedom, as well as responsibility.
My fees range from $120- $240 and I am committed to making therapy accessible, so please ask about reduced fees!
