I am a licensed professional mental health counselor that offers comprehensive psychotherapeutic care for adolescents, adults, and couples who suffer from depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, eating disorders, trauma, stress, and relationship difficulties, among others. My therapeutic approach is client centered, with focus on a collaborative dialogue, while using the support of psychotherapeutic techniques depending on the individuals needs.
Accurate psycho-diagnosis of emotional & mental disorders is the essential first step in developing a treatment plan to ameliorate the symptoms. Empowering patients to learn how to help themselves & facilitate them to target the underlying issues that are often causing their symptoms is imperative.
My focus is helping individuals discover and understand whatever life-limiting barriers they are experiencing, always customizing treatment for each individual patient. The goal is to help each client/patient live a more fulfilling and better quality life, by taking the therapeutic steps to get there.
