I offer therapy for individuals, children, adolescents, and families. I work with my clients from an attachment based framework. Underlying my approach in working with clients is the understanding that what really gives us resilience and emotional health is the experience of being securely connected with other people and particularly those who are closest to us.
I am trained in EMDR which has been shown to be an effective treatment for trauma. I have advanced training in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy with Daniel A. Hughes, PhD. and many trainings to support my focus attachment based therapy.
I also have experience in teaching classes to families who are adopting internationally, parenting classes, anger management, and social skills classes with elementary school children.
