Welcome to Clare Therapy! I am Clare, an LPC-Associate, under the Supervision of Judi Bloom, LPC-S. I am a mental health counselor trained in EMDR and Flash Therapy and also a public speaker. I work with individuals and couples. I want to help you or help you find someone who can. Everyone has struggles and sometimes we all need help. I believe in my client’s ability to grow, heal, and live their life to its most authentic and fullest potential. My 25 years of being a Psychology Professor has given me a solid foundation and unique insight into understanding human behavior. The treatment plan I use will be individualized and rooted in scientifically supported, evidence-based practices. I use CBT, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR and other psychotherapy approaches that best suit your needs.
The first step can be the hardest. I can help you begin your counseling journey and communicate with you every step of the way. I work with individuals in-person and online.
