About
We all want to live in harmony—with loved ones, in our work and creative lives, and in our minds and bodies—yet sometimes we find ourselves struggling. Perhaps you are facing a new problem—work struggles, relationship challenges, thoughts and feelings that are hard to control, or maybe you have a long term issue that you have finally decided you are going to tackle head on—whatever it is I applaud you for taking this step, and I offer you my support.
I use a whole person, relational approach that addresses the mind, body and spirit. In addition to my education in clinical psychology, I am trained in Hakomi, which works with mindfulness and present moment experience, and Somatic Experiencing, a body-based treatment for trauma. Each session is individually tailored to a client’s specific needs.
As an educator and now psychologist, I have spent years studying how people successfully grow and change. I look forward to helping you be more aware of your needs, more proactive in your relationships, and have more ease in your mind and body. I strive to be anti-racist, and welcome diversity in all its glorious forms.
