I specialize in working with deep feelers who are navigating family-of-origin trauma and the overwhelming mental load of daily life. Whether you're someone who feels emotions more intensely than others seem to, recently discovered you are neurodivergent, or are carrying childhood wounds from emotionally neglectful relationships, you're in the right place. I help clients realize they're not alone and they're not "too much." I also work with emerging adults who are figuring out how to navigate adulthood, and parents navigating the challenge of meeting everyone else's needs while also tending to their own.

I'm here to help you connect with your emotions, recognize patterns, and build both self-compassion and practical tools for managing life's challenges. I utilize EMDR to help process traumas that may have been minimized but significantly shaped your self-perception. I also incorporate solution-focused strategies, when appropriate.

I believe that genuine connection happens when I show up as a real person in sessions. Expect laughter and authentic moments alongside the deep work. I strive and work to understand my client's backgrounds, even when they differ from my own. I know it's hard to find a therapist - you've taken the first step.
