I take an integrative, strengths based approach to therapy, tailored to each individual's needs. I use a range of modalities to treat a variety of issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Words alone can be limiting, so I tend to incorporate expressive arts into my therapeutic approach. I enjoy collaborating with clients to find creative ways to identify unmet needs, uncover and heal roots of distress, nurture self compassion, and create purpose.
