I am a Clinical Pychotherapist with over 25 years of experience, specializing in treating adults,couples and children experiencing anxiety, depression, as well as relationship and work (school) issues. While I don't dwell too much on your past I do find an indiviuals family history gives us insight as to why you may be having difficulty and feel sturck now. I work on self esteam and conflict resolution setting goals and moving forward.
