I work with couples who often struggle to communicate their emotions and needs without conflict and long to be heard, valued, and respected by their partners. Sometimes infidelity, trust issues, and addictions have surfaced, and partners may feel overwhelmed with anger, fear, shame, and intense loss and sadness.
