Life is weird, relationships are complicated, and healing isn’t always pretty. I work well with deep thinkers, emotionally intense folks, neurodivergent minds, and people who’ve always sensed they’re wired a little differently. My clients often come in navigating relationship challenges, trauma, identity questions, or major life transitions — and wanting a space where they can be fully human while making meaningful, lasting change.

I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship dynamics, communication breakdowns, trauma, and life transitions. My approach blends trauma-informed, evidence-based practices with nervous system regulation, boundary-setting, and real-life coping strategies — supporting clients in building insight, emotional toolkits, and healthier patterns.

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and human. Some days we’re building skills and making plans; other days we’re naming the hard or unspeakable things. My goal is to offer a safe, affirming space — with honesty, humor, and care — where growth feels possible and supported.
