EMDR, EFT tapping, IFS, DBT, CBT, and KAP (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy). I am an open-minded person who values that there is not one truth, and I can hold space for all traditions that have love at their core.
We will delve into shadow work and integration. The practice of non-attachment (I can teach you this and it will change your life). 20 years of experience. I have raised three successful men primarily as a single mom. Dating coaching/attachment theory work.
