I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Psychotherapist licensed AZ, MT, NC and SC. I have specific training in treating individuals with Complex Trauma, Dissociative Disorders, Addictive Processes, Depression and Anxiety, Life Transitions, Personality Disorders and, Grief and Loss. I also offer psychedelic integration psychotherapy.
My modalities include: Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Jungian/Depth Psychology, Yogic Philosophy, Mindfulness and Meditation. I am a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor and have specific training in psychedelic integration through the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies and Polaris Insight Center.
