As a therapist, I am committed to the idea that every person has the capacity to learn, adapt, and grow through meaningful relationships—with themselves and others. Rooted in compassion and collaboration, my approach respects each client’s unique lived experience while considering the broader societal forces that shape our lives. I specialize in trauma work, supporting new parents, addressing women’s issues, and providing couples and family therapy. I am trained in Mentalization-Based Narrative Exposure Therapy (MBNET), a profound and effective method for processing trauma.
As a multilingual and multicultural individual, I am committed to providing culturally relevant therapy that is empathetic, non-judgmental, and sustainable. I create a space where clients feel supported and understood. Therapy is never “one size fits all,” so I integrate various modalities such as Narrative Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy and IFS.
Originally from Argentina, I migrated to California as a teen and have a rich background in agriculture. My experiences in farming deepened my view for the interconnectedness of our humanity with the environments and how these relationships shape us throughout our lives. This perspective informs my therapeutic practice and enriches my work with clients.
