As a queer person, mom, and child of immigrants, I approach therapy with cultural awareness, openness, and warmth. I understand how identity, family, and lived experiences shape the way we move through the world, and I create a space where all of those layers are welcome. I bring humor, realness, and compassion to our work together. I’m most passionate about supporting folks through life’s big transitions—such as gender/sexuality exploration and affirmation, navigating relationships, career shifts, grief, parenthood, etc. My goal is to help you untangle what’s holding you back so you can feel more grounded, free, and fully yourself.
I use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Mindfulness, and other tools to help you reconnect with your values, build self-compassion, and create meaningful change. I work best with people who are ready (or willing) to dig in and engage fully in the counseling process.
