I’m a somatic trauma therapist who helps high-functioning adults and couples heal trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and build healthier relationships. I blend Western, evidence-based modalities with witchy practices, intuition, plant medicine wisdom, and Eastern traditions. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and deeply relational. I show up authentically so that you can too... I cuss a lot, sometimes I'm in sweatpants, and I’m always barefoot (and you can do all those things too!). My style is warm, direct, and grounded, and I believe therapy is important work, but it doesn’t have to be super serious.
I specialize in trauma, relationships, and psychedelics (ayahuasca, MDMA, psilocybin, ketamine, etc.). Most of my clients identify as high-achievers, perfectionists, cycle-breakers, and “black sheep” and have experienced childhood trauma, sexual abuse, attachment wounding, relationship pain, and they feel anxious, burned out, or disconnected on the inside.
In addition to individual work, I work with couples who want to repair trust, strengthen emotional connection, and learn practical tools for communication and conflict.
