I’m passionate about helping people move through difficult seasons in tangible, creative, and supportive ways. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience helping adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and empowering—I’ll help you better understand your experiences, build practical tools, and regain a sense of control and direction in your life.
I work primarily with adults (18+) facing mild to moderate mental health challenges, as well as those going through significant life changes such as career shifts, relationship changes, loss, or identity transitions. I also support individuals in high-stress careers who may be experiencing burnout, overwhelm, or difficulty finding balance.
Therapy with me is grounded in meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit. Limited evening and weekend appointments are available.
