I have over 28 years of experience in clinical therapy. I did my training in Caracas, Venezuela, where I obtained 2 degrees from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, I was summa cum laude and valedictorian in both careers: Psychology and Sociology, then I completed a 3 year postgraduate specialization in Clinical Psychology at "Centro de Salud Mental del Este, El Peñon" a teaching Psychiatric Hospital, where I also was summa cum laude. Both my dissertations where based on the Rorschach (the ink blot test). I have been practicing psychotherapy in the United States since 2002, as a LMHC.
I provide individual and couples therapy. I work with patients dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship problems and also with people who are struggling to adapt to new situations in their life or those who are having difficulty creating these changes when it's necessary.
