As a therapist I provide a collaborative approach in which I assist clients as they develop a practice of curiosity. Together we identify and explore needs, values, and core beliefs. I also teach approachable mindfulness techniques that foster self-compassion, while utilizing somatic resourcing techniques that work to break down self-judgment and shame.
