Our top priority is to hear you, see you, and never judge you before any clinical assessment/recommendation is made/communicated to you. Profoundly interested in how shame and vulnerability works in our lives...our client base consists of many people living with ADHD, addictions/trauma and recovery/disordered eating/body image, intimacy/attachment/codependency struggles. We place a strong focus on couples work, including a passion for helping couples/individuals recover from infidelity.
We work at YOUR pace, and within your individual style and preferences. If other traditional treatment environments have not worked for you, let's design a creative strategy that will work better for your unique situation/goal.
