I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help you change the things you want to change through education and accept the things you need to accept.
I utilize primarily CBT&DBT for depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns. I am trained in EMDR, a powerful therapy that gets to the root of how trauma may be perpetuating your symptoms. I also specialize in ERP and ACT for OCD.
