About
Understanding that the mind, body, and spirit all play key roles in your well-being, I use a person-centered therapy approach that focuses on all areas of your life. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental working environment in order to establish a positive rapport and trusting, therapeutic relationship.
I treat ages 8 and older and specialize in Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorders, Depression, Grief and Bereavement, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Relationship or Marital Issues, Substance Use Disorders, and Trauma and Abuse.
I am currently accepting new patients and look forward to helping in whatever ways I can.
