Seasons of Change: Virtual Divorce Group for Women
This is an ongoing virtual divorce support group for women. Each 8-week group focuses on psycho-education, empathy and compassion to support women who are going through the divorce process or are on the other side of divorce. Grief, loss, learning how to co-parent are a few of the topics we will address while members are able to offer and receive support from one another. Please reach out via contact info and ask for a prescreening call. The group will be virtual for MD, NC, SC, VA, FL, VT and NM residents.

Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness (Virtual)
This virtual co-ed group is a 6 session therapy group where participants learn the skills of mindfulness in connection to eating and self care. Develop a positive relationship to food and improve your relationship to yourself! Each session includes meditations, nutrition and food selection, preparation and enjoyment topics. All participants have an opportunity to share their stores and support, this is a therapist led group and is insurance reimbursable. Participants receive a video copy of the program and multiple MB-EAT guided mediations and extra copies of worksheets and handouts for ongoing support at the completion of the program.

An in-person group for college students in the Durham-Chapel Hill-Raleigh area. This 8-week psychoeducational group is designed for undergraduate students curious about ways to support their mental health and wellness at college.
