When you work with me you can expect that I will be compassionate and will provide a "safe harbor" for you to be yourself. You might be going through a hard time that you can't find your way through, a loss or a life-transition. It is my job to help put you at ease while teaching you skills and showing you options for feeling better and more in charge of your life.
