I provide counseling for individuals and couples, including pre-engaged, premarital, married, and long-term partners. For individuals, I support those navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or challenging relationship patterns, helping you feel more grounded, secure, and able to build healthier connections.

Using EFT, the Gottman Method, and a few other approaches, my work blends attachment-based and emotion-focused strategies with practical tools to help couples spot negative patterns, express needs, and rebuild closeness. For individuals, I support anxiety, self-esteem, and emotional regulation, helping you feel more secure.

Communication, love, and connection aren’t always easy. When communication breaks down, anxiety takes over, or intimacy fades, it can feel discouraging and lonely.
