I am passionate about relational and trauma healing and hold a trauma-informed, attachment- centered lens when working with individuals or families. In therapy, I aim to help clients identify, understand, and heal emotional wounds. As I get to know you and your needs more, I integrate techniques from several counseling theories to best support your therapeutic goals. My therapeutic approaches pull from CBT, EFT, IFS techniques, play therapy and attachment theory. I have specialized experience working with children and families in the foster and adoption system.
The more we learn about ourselves, our experiences, and our interactions with others, the more we can make decisions to rewrite old narratives into a new story of change. By respecting your innate self-understanding, I will work with you to identify and normalize your emotions with compassion and respect for the human experience.
