The world is intense right now, isn't it? You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, angry, numb, or any number of feelings. All of you is welcome here. I'm here to support you however you are, exploring your world together and where you can go from here. I am a trauma-focused counselor, trained in EMDR therapy. I work with adults (18+), and I enjoy supporting the LGBTQIA2S+ community, especially gender expansive people because I am queer and genderfluid myself! I also support neurodiverse people; individuals struggling with anxiety or grief; and people going through personal, spiritual, vocational, and relational transitions.
I am trained in EMDR therapy and acute stress protocols to support you in moving through trauma or other stuck beliefs about yourself. I start with a person-centered foundation, then add in EMDR, parts work, a systems perspective, somatic (body-based) awareness, an attachment lens, and/or grounding practices depending on your unique needs and preferences.
I'm here to support you however you're doing in this chaotic world, working together to explore where you can go from here. Whether it be the systems we live in, events or patterns from your past or present, connections in your life, or something else that brings you here, we will find next steps together.
