I specialize in working with tweens, teens and young adults who need support with emotional and behavioral regulation, or who want to build their self-confidence and boost their ability to meet their goals. I can support those experiencing anxiety, depression or trauma, and those going through life transitions. I bring three years of experience working with kids & young adults, including those who are neurodiverse or identify as LGBTQ+, helping them improve their interactions with their environment. My approach is affirming, empathetic, and collaborative, providing clients with the safety and confidence to grow towards their goals.
As a person-centered therapist, I believe good therapy is a collaboration. I am here to walk along side you as a guide while you process the struggles you are facing.
