I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT) who works with children (ages 3+), adolescents, adult women, and families. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, ADHD, neurodevelopmental disorders, grief, and family challenges. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow through evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to therapy, incorporating play therapy, TF-CBT, CBT, and emotion-regulation strategies tailored to each client’s needs. I work collaboratively with parents, schools, medical providers, and the community to help children and families build coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and strengthen relationships
