Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating. You may be navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use or recovery, relationship stress, or a life transition. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel seen without judgment, and perhaps make a little more sense of what you’re going through. It can also support you in processing difficult experiences and memories while exploring what matters most to you.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and affirming of all identities. I often bring in mindfulness, values-based practices, and somatic awareness by paying attention to how experiences show up in the body. Together, we can get curious about patterns that emerge and begin to notice what comes up, with care and compassion.
Starting or returning to therapy can bring up a mix of emotions. You’re welcome to reach out to see if we might be a good fit. You can also learn a little more about me on our practice website.
