Life is hard and everyone struggles at times. Oftentimes asking for help can make you feel weak or ashamed, which only adds to the problems, making them seem even more difficult to bear. We were not meant to face these things alone. Counseling is for those who want to partner with someone to take a compassionate and honest look at their lives, face their problems, and find a path forward.
As your counselor, I want to provide a safe space for you to talk through your thoughts and emotions regarding your life experiences and current struggles. I hope to be an empathic, peaceful, and encouraging presence to my clients as we work through therapy at your pace. I specialize in walking with people facing the effects of trauma.
It takes a lot to be able to open up to someone so vulnerably and I am honored to be there for you in that. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to give counseling with me a try.
