I'm a counseling intern in the Master's program at the University of St. Thomas. I am interested in working with teens (16+) and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and meaning making. I also have a background in researching resilience, mild cognitive impairments, and positive psychology within the LGBTQIA+ community.
In my free time I enjoy cooking new recipes, going on runs around the lakes, reading, and spending time with loved ones. I look forward to talking more with you!
