Over the years I have evolved as a therapist through having the honor of being a part of my clients’ journey. I am passionate about working with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds, gender identities/sexual orientations and belief systems. As a therapist I believe that each stage in life is important and it takes time to explore every aspect but it is well worth it! I truly believe that each individual needs to have the space to be themselves and to be respected enough to make decisions about their life. I provide individual therapy to clients ages 18 years and older as well as couples counseling. My specialties are: Depression, Trauma/PTSD, Relationship Issues, Faith Transitions and Anxiety.
