Mindful Art Group (online)
In this supportive environment: Learn healthy coping skills, practice mindful self-awareness, experience relaxation techniques, and process feelings and life events using a variety of art techniques! This is NOT an art class and NO ART EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We’ll use music, drawing, color, pictures, and writing to process internal experiences and practice relaxation techniques.

Anxiety Group for Teens (online)
This group focuses on improving anxiety through mindfulness skills and value-based lifestyle changes. It is through our secure video format and is a closed group, so only those who are signed up will be in the group for the 8 weeks it is running, so that there is safety in not having “strangers” joining part of the way through. We take holidays into account when scheduling. A commitment to attend all 8 weeks is necessary (again, to keep the group feeling consistent and supportive for all involved).
