I work with individuals, couples and adolescents and their families on a wide array of issues including life transitions, improving relationships, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, forgiveness, women's issues and couples struggling with infertility.

Often times the origins of unhelpful patterns are the result of childhood relational dynamics and/or trauma. We will collaboratively explore the beliefs, feelings and behaviors that underlie and perpetuate unhealthy modalities and work at adopting healthier internal reserves that encourage healing and a fresh perspective.
Understanding the roots of being "stuck" can lessen self blame and create a sense of relief. In addition, we will also focus on identifying and enhancing your strengths, competencies and virtues that help buffer life's trials and enable you to not only survive but thrive.
