Many parents find it difficult to help their child navigate the emotional challenges of adolescence in today’s modern world. If you have felt overwhelmed, discouraged, or entirely at a loss for how to support your teenage child through their unique experiences, I am here to support you as well as your child during this stage.
My passion is helping teenagers and their families navigate through this developmental period through the use of individual and family counseling.
Teenagers need a safe space in therapy where they can feel seen and understood, knowing their experiences are being taken seriously and not undervalued. Parents are often seeking help in how to strengthen their relationship with their child, trying to find the balance between providing guidance and honoring their child’s growing individuality.
Through the counseling process, I have watched numerous clients and families rediscover joy, gain confidence, and build healthy relationships.
