Hi, I’m Claire, a clinical therapist & social worker, helping people to move toward meaningful change and healing for themselves. Many people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, misunderstood, or not good enough in ways - and it feels heavy alone. In our work together, we create space to gently understand you and take time to feel through what needs that emotional attunement. We develop skills and tools you find helpful, and teach you to implement what you need for the long term.
I strive to offer a space that feels safe, compassionate, and grounded. Somewhere you can slow down and be yourself. My approach is warm, direct, open, dynamic, and collaborative. Gradual and tailored treatment help to work with overwhelming or difficult experiences, learn new ways to handle things, and move past what may be holding you back.
I am invested in my practice, and in my free time I enjoy learning, as well as spending time in nature, singing, or most anything creative or relaxing.
