I am Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) through PSI (Postpartum Support International) an EMDRIA trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist, and ACE Certified Health Coach. I specialize in treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders
I work frequently with parents of infants and young children who are navigating loss of identity, stress about their kids’ wellbeing, lack of connection to their partners, and feelings of inadequacy. I use a wide range of evidence-based modalities, including traditional "talk therapy," and neuro-based approaches such as EMDR. I am licensed in NC and SC.
