I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults of any age. I also have a strong passion for working with families. My philosophy is to help you get started with facing your challenges in a collaborative and supportive environment that involves us planning your best path forward. My goals are to help you to rebuild your self-esteem to conquer your own fears and help you develop the toolkit to manage life's curveballs. I would love to help restore your confidence in handling any problem that comes your way. I also strive to provide inclusive care to any client, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation.
I take a special interest and have experience with families in conflict, substance use, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and grief. I take a trauma-informed approach to working with any topic and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Psychodynamic, Art, and Structural Family Therapies into sessions.
