About
I am currently accepting new clients! I have found the heart of therapeutic work lies in meeting clients where they are and supporting individuals as they identify what they already know to be true. I view every client through a strengths-based, trauma informed, and holistic lens. I believe in a compassionate, integrative approach to managing life's challenges and overwhelm with a focus on mindfulness-based work. I also strongly believe in healing by integrating the cognitive, physical and spiritual elements of the self.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and hold a masters degree from Loyola University Chicago. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, relationships, women's issues, eating disorders, body image and body trust, and supporting clients moving through life transitions.
