I ran the mental health services for UW athletics & am currently the clinician for the Seattle Mariners (MLB) and Kraken (NHL). Though I often work with athletes I am not a Sports Psych. In fact, I don’t even follow sports! I’m here for the rest of your life and identity. As a Nashville native I also enjoy supporting musicians

I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, an evidence-based practice that focuses on Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness. I work with you to find the balance of thoughts, feelings and skills to build a life worth living beyond grades, trophies or awards.
