I support individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and big life transitions. I specialize in working with people in their 20s and 30s who are trying to figure out who they want to be in the world. This time can bring big decisions regarding career, relationship, and family. Often called a quarter-life crisis, it is often hard for us to maintain that strength amid uncertainty, self-doubt, and fear. I help clients experiencing a quarter-life crisis to explore problem areas and harness their inner strength and resilience.
I also help couples achieve new levels of intimacy in their relationships. Couples in their 20s an 30s often struggle with disconnectedness, infidelity, communication, and understanding their own needs. Through therapy, you and your partner can become more open and responsive to one other.
Facing changes can feel impossible at times. Whether you're transitioning from college, navigating a couple challenge, or feeling lost, therapy can support you in addressing these transitions through honest communication and strengthening your self-esteem/self-worth. In addition, we can utilize EMDR to help navigate more distressing or traumatic memories.
