Finding the right support for life’s most difficult moments can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate the path toward healing by yourself. I use a collaborative approach to help my clients move past these hurdles with an individualized treatment plan to fit your needs. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults address and process trauma. As a CSAYC, I have experience in specialized areas, including working with anyone who has experienced sexual abuse/assault or youth who struggle with sexually maladaptive behaviors. I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable.
I believe in using what works for you, which is why I offer a range of evidence-based treatments—including EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, and others. I also utilize animal-assisted therapy with Teddy, my black labradoodle, to help create a grounded and supportive environment for healing.
I have experience working with individuals from many backgrounds and am a dedicated ally of the LGBTQIA+ communities. I know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but I believe it is a vital part of the growth process. I’m here to help you navigate these challenges and finally reach your goals.
