My name is Claire Franke and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) working statewide in California via telehealth. I work with adults and seniors, specializing in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, couples counseling, chronic illness, and clients or family members impacted by substance abuse issues.
I utilize techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, DBT/Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, my approach to therapy is Humanistic/Psychodynamic – collaborative counseling in a space of acceptance and understanding, while considering how experiences in childhood and adolescence have played a role in the challenges my clients are facing.
