My approach with each client is built around the individual to make sure I am best helping you and your unique needs. I strive to create an empathetic and safe space for you to explore the challenges you are facing, support you in identifying goals, and help you to learn healthy coping strategies, such as relaxation and mindfulness practices.

My goal is to support and create a space where you feel comfortable deep diving into what is important to you, and to be a calm presence alongside you. I believe therapy is cooperative and it’s my goal for us to create your goals together, and for you to let me know where and what you want to explore in therapy.
